Power Maxed Racing have announced that celebrity TV baker Paul Hollywood will be joining Josh Cook in a BTCC Chevrolet Cruze, for a special exhibition drive at this years CarFest North event. The BBC Children in Need event will take place at Oulton Park between 31 July - 2 August. Paul Hollywood and BTCC regular Josh Cook will take part in short 3-5 lap demostration races and driver signings on each day of the event.

CarFest North was created by car enthusiast and broadcaster Chris Evans, who hosts the event, giving a major slice of ticket sales to BBC Children in Need. CarFest has already raised more than £4 million for the charity across the two events - CarFest North and CarFest South.

BBC Great Bristish Bake Off judge, Paul Hollywood commented, "It's like a dream come true to be able to race one of the Power Maxed British Touring Cars. What makes it even more special is that we are supporting BBC Children in Need and I'll be racing at my home circuit of Oulton Park."
